AB  - Sağlıklı yenidoğanlardan doğumu izleyen ilk bir hafta içinde ve hiperbilirübinemik yenidoğanlardan fototerapi öncesi, sonrası ve iki gün sonrası alınan periferik kan, 10 mg/ml final konsantrasyonda BrdU içeren vasatlara ekilmiştir. Karanlıkta yürütülen kültür işlemi sonunda hazırlanan preparatlarda birinci, ikinci ve üçüncü mitozlarsayılmıştır. Hücre kinetik indeksi (CKI) CKI = (M1 +2.M2+3.M3/100 formülü kullamlarak hesaplanmistir, Elde edilen sonuçlar fototerapinin CKI tzerinde ¢ok belirgin bir etkisinin olmadığını düşündürmüştür.

N2  - Blood cultures were obtained from healthy newborns at first week of life, newborns with hyperbilirubinemia before and after the phototherapy for the analysis of cell kinetics with a repeat two days later. Cultures were carried on dark with a final concentration of BrdU 10 mg/ml. Slides were screened for the first, second and the thirdmitotic division. Cell Kinetics Index (CKI) was evaluated with the formula of CKI — (M1+2M2+3.M3)/100. Findings were suggested no obvious effect has phototherapy on CKI
