Ortama deksametazon eklenerek değişik kültür ortamının ve dekzametazonun etkileri sonucu hücrelerin yüzeylerindeki değişiklikler scanning Elektron Mikroskop ile incelendi. Değişik kültür ortamında, üretilen hücrelerin yüzeylerinde bazı farklılıklar tespit edildi. Ortama deksametazon eklenmesinden sonra hücrelerin yüzeylerinde mikrovilli artışı yanı sıra düzensiz kıvrıntı, kabartı, katlantı gibi deformasyon özellikeri tespit edildi. In this study, the myoblasts, given N-ras oncogen were produced in different cultur media, Dexamethasone was added to the medium and the effects ol media and dexamethasone on the surfaces of these cells were examined by a scanning electron microscopy. Certain differentiations were determined on the surface of cells grown in different cultur media. The increases of microvilli and some deformalion characteristics such as rufiling and swelling were determined after adding dexamethasone to the cultur medium. CR - 1.
