Bu bulgulara göre hastalık idyopatik ve kronik tipe uymaktadır. Hastamız klasik olgulara göre daha genç yaştadır. Sinovia sıvısındaki en büyük kristal 200 um. boyunda bulunmuştur. Kaynaklarda bu büyüklükte krsital tanımına rastlanmamıştır. It looks like idiopatıc and chronic form of the illness. The patient is more younger than the classical form. The biggest crystal in synovial fluid is 200 um. long.
