AB  - Serum Beta, microglobulin levels have been specified in eleven Hodgkin and fifteen Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, patients who have never had a treatment. Serum Beta, microglobulin levels have been found significantly different in the Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin Lympho-“ma groups with respect to the control groups. Both in Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma subgroups when the extend of the diseasewas considered it was found that while in stages Tandl! there wasn't any difference when compared with the control groups, in stages 11and IV the difference was significant.Our findings showed that serum Beta, microglobulin guantificaion could be used as a significant tumour marker parallel to the extend of the disease in the organism in Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

N2  - Hiç tedavi görmemiş 15 Hodgkin dışı lenfoma ve II Hodgkin olgusunun tümünde serum Beta, mikroglobülin düzeyleri tayin edildi.Serum Beta, mikroglobülin düzeyleri Hodgkin ve Hodgkin dışı lenfoma gruplarında, kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı derecede farklı bulundu. Hasta grubunda, hastalığın yaygınlığı dikkate alındığında, hemHodgkin hem de Hodgkin dışı lenfoma alt gruplarında; 1. TI. evre olguları kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırılırsa; bunlar arasında, anlamlı birfark bulunamazken, II. IV. evre olguları arasındaki fark ise anlamlı bulundu.Bulgularımız, serum Beta» mikroglobülin tayininin, Hodgkin ve Hodgkin dışı lenfomalarda, mevcut hastalığın organizmadaki yaygınlığına paralel şekilde anlamlı bir tümör marker'ı olarak kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir.
