N2  - A report of a patient with a lelomyoma at the middle lobe bronchus, presenting as the middle lobe syndrome, has been presented. The literature has been reviewed and only 23 reported bronchial leiomyoma, cases have been found. The purpose of this paper isto presenta new case of intrabronchial leilomyoma.
