AB  - The results of postoperative lung complications in 5476 patients examined in this study can be summarized as follows. 1. Complications developed in 4% of the patients who underwent surgery.2 — The first three places in lung complications after surgery are; Bronchitis (64.5), Pneumonia (18.5) and Atelectasis (9.7). 3 — More complications were seen in infants and the elderly.4 — According to the type of surgery: complications are significantly more in upper abdominal surgeries than in lower abdominal surgeries and other surgeries. 5 — More complications have been detected in men than in women.

N2  - Bu araştırmada incelenen 5476 hastada görülen ameliyat sonrası akciğer komplikasyonu sonuçları şöyle özetlenebilir.1Ameliyat olan hastalarda % 4 oranında komplikasyon gelişmiştir.2— Ameliyat sonrası akciğer komplikasyonlarında ilk üç sıra yı; Bronşit 64.5), Pnömoni 18.5) ve atalektazi 9.7) almakta- 3— Bebeklerde ve yaşlılarda daha çok komplikasyon görülmüştür.4— Ameliyat yerine göre : üst karın ameliyatlarında komplikasyon, gerek alt karın ameliyatları ve gerekse diğer ameliyatlara göre hissedilir derecede fazladır,5— Kadınlara göre erkeklerde daha fazla komplikasyon tesbit edilmiştir,
