AB  - A 27 year old man had psoriasis and chronic interstital nephritis. Psoriasis was resistant to systemis steroids, ultravidet light with various topical agents and other treatments. For psoriasis, 2 times weekly hemodialysis was initiated on 13 april 1979 Vascular access Was effected by double venipuncture of the right arm, which and an intrenal A-V fistula, Two months later, the skin lesions remained unchanged. Psoriatic skin lesions of the patient showed spontancous remission on 28. october. 1979. Due to chronic renal failure, regular chronic hemodialysis was begun on 31 December 1979. Spontaneous remission of skin lesions ocöntinued during long standing hemodialysis treatmeht.

N2  - Kliniğimize 1978 de kr. interstisyel nefrit tanısı ile gelen bir hastada bir yıl sonra yaygın psoriasis oluştu. Yapılan tüm tedavilere rağmen düzelme olmadığından psoriasis için hasta hemodializ proğramına alındı. İki aylık dialize rağmen bir düzelme olmadı. Daha sonra psoriasis spontan remisyona girdi.
