AB  - Bu yazı, Asuman Susam’ın Açıklığa Doğru adlı eleştiri kitabını, okuma ediminin bireysel ve toplumsal dönüşümdeki rolü çerçevesinde ele alır. Postyapısalcı kuramların izinden giderek Susam’ın metinlerle kurduğu ilişkiyi, minör edebiyat, marjinal sesler, cinsiyet ve toplumsal cinsiyet bağlamında çözümler. Kitap üç bölümde şiir, roman, öykü ve deneme türlerine odaklanırken, ele aldığı eserler üzerinden edebiyat tarihinde kanonik olanın dışında kalanların görünür kılınmasını amaçlar. Bu bağlamda Susam’ın okuma deneyimi, hem kendinden çıkma hem de açıklığa doğru açılma olarak iki yönlü bir dönüşüm önerir.

N2  - This article examines Asuman Susam’s critical book Açıklığa Doğru ("Toward Openness") through the lens of the transformative role of reading in both individual and social contexts. Following post-structuralist theories, the review analyzes Susam’s engagement with texts in terms of minor literature, marginal voices, gender, and queer perspectives. Structured in three parts, the book covers poetry, fiction, and essays, aiming to highlight the invisible and non-canonical aspects of Turkish literary history. In this context, Susam’s reading practice invites a dual transformation: a stepping outside the self and an opening toward clarity and plurality.
