AB  - This study evaluates the life-saving effects of vasopressors and atropine during the acute hypotension phase following massive hemorrhage. Experiments were conducted on three groups of dogs with different interventions: no drugs, atropine only, and atropine plus the sympathomimetic vasopressor Novadral. In the third group, Novadral induced marked tachycardia and stabilized arterial pressure, allowing safer blood withdrawal and resulting in zero mortality. Findings suggest that during the critical hypotensive period before shock sets in, administering vasopressors externally can effectively preserve coronary perfusion and prevent sudden death.

N2  - Bu araştırma, ani ve ciddi kan kaybı sonrası oluşan akut hipotansiyon evresinde vazopressörlerin ve atropinin yaşamsal etkilerini değerlendirmektedir. Çalışma, farklı müdahalelerle tedavi edilen üç köpek grubu üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk grupta hiçbir ilaç uygulanmazken, ikinci grupta yalnızca atropin verilmiştir; üçüncü grupta ise atropine ek olarak sempatomimetik vazopressör Novadral kullanılmıştır. Novadral uygulanan grupta nabız hızında belirgin artış (takikardi) gözlenmiş, kan basıncı stabilize edilerek mortalite sıfıra indirilmiştir. Sonuçlar, şok gelişmeden önceki kritik hipotansif dönemde dışarıdan vazopressör uygulanmasının hayat kurtarıcı olabileceğini göstermektedir.
