AB  - Yukardaki tafsilâttan kızamıkcık virüsünün embriyo nesçine karşı bir affinitesi olduğunu kabul etmek icab ediyor. Bu virüslerin embriyoya ne tarzda tesir ettiği hakkında kesin bir malümat yoksa da iki ihtimal düşünülebilir: Ya virüs embriyo örgülerinin bölünüp çoğalan hücreleri içinde yerleşerek bu örgülerin kusurlu teşekkül etmelerine sebep olmakta veya, embriyonun damar sistemine saldırarak kalpte direkt anomiler yapmakta; lens erystallina ve Corti organı gibi örgülerde, ise besleyici damar- ları bozarak tesir etmekte ve bu örgülerde anomalilere sebep olmaktadır (5; 36), Virüs, gebeliğin hangi Çağında tesir etmişse anomali; ç çağda teşekkül eden embriyo örgülerinde belirmektedir. Kalp lens Crystallinanın gebeliğin ilk 3 haftası içinde teşekkül septumlarının veetmesi, niçin malformasyonların en çok bu örgülerde ortaya çıktığı aydınlatabilir,

N2  - From the details above, it is necessary to assume that the rubella virus has an affinity for embryonic development. While there is no definitive information about how these viruses affect the embryo, two possibilities can be considered: Either the virus settles within the dividing and proliferating cells of the embryonic retina, causing malformations in these retinas, or it attacks the embryo's vascular system, causing direct anomalies in the heart. It affects retinas such as the lens erystallina and organ of Corti by disrupting their feeding vessels, causing anomalies in these retinas (5; 36). Regardless of the stage of pregnancy in which the virus is affected, the anomalies appear in embryonic retinas that are forming during these three stages. The fact that the cardiac lens crystallina forms septums and malformations within the first three weeks of pregnancy may shed light on why malformations occur most frequently in these retinas.
