AB  - Çalışmamızda, akut apandisit oranının düşük olması yanındaklasik belirtiler ikinci derecede önem kanzanmaktadır. Yaşlılarınhastaneye geliş süreleri çok uzamış bunun sonucu olarak delinme vegangrene olanağı çok yükselmiştir. Teşhiste diğer bütün hastalıklardüşünülmelidir. Ameliyat sonu karışımları sık görülmüş ve erkenameliyat edilme oranı düşük bulunmuştur. Bu hastalarda ölüm yaygın peritonittendir.

N2  - In our series the incidence of acute appendicitis islow, and theclassic symptoms are not So important. The older people usualIycame late to the hospital, and asa result of this the incidence ofperforation and gangrene was high. Differential diagnosis is veryimportant, and every case should be evaluated very carefull, Postoperative complications were İreguent, and deaths were due to generalized peritonitis.
