Olgular mutlak olmayan safra yolu tıkanmaları nedeniyle seçilmiş ve tamamında latero-lateral koledoko-duodenostomi uygulanmıştır. Ortalama yaş 49,8 olan hastaların %68’i kadın, %32’si erkektir. All patients underwent latero-lateral choledochoduodenostomy due to non-absolute biliary obstructions. The average age was 49.8 years, with 68% female and 32% male. The recovery rate was 93.5%, recurrence 1.3%, and mortality 5.2%. Major complications included postoperative pancreatitis, sepsis, and liver failure. Chronic cholangiolitis was the most common histopathological finding. Compared with literature data, the procedure is shown to be safe and effective. CR - 1.
