AB  - Basit veya rezeksiyonla birlikde olan gastro - anterostomilerinbir komplikasyonu olarak jejuno - gastrik invaginasyona nadir rastlanır. Halen literatürde 100 kadar vak'a mevcuttur.Etyoloji bakımından sık rastlanan bir faktör afferent ansınuzun olması ve retro - kolik anastomozlarda mezo - kolonun jejunumatesbit edilmesidir.Klinik, endoskopik ve radyolojik teşhis oldukça zordur; belirtilertipik değildir.Tedavi, şirürjikal olarak dezenvaginasyon, anastomozun tashihi,Braun anastomozu ilâvesi veya rezeksiyon şeklinde yapılabilir.Bu münasebetle tedavi etmek fırsatını bulduğumuz 2 vak'a vesonuçları arzedildi.

N2  - Jejuno-gastric intussusception, a complication of simple or resection-associated gastro-anterostomies, is rare. Currently, there are approximately 100 cases reported in the literature.A common etiological factor is the long afferent loop and the fixation of the meso-colon to the jejunum in retro-colic anastomoses.Clinical, endoscopic, and radiological diagnosis are quite difficult; the symptoms are atypical.Treatment can be surgically performed with disinvagination, correction of the anastomosis, addition of a Braun anastomosis, or resection.Two cases we had the opportunity to treat and their results are presented here.
