The study demonstrated clinical and hemodynamic improvements with both methods, but reported that the invasive method was superior in some parameters. However, short follow-up, lack of detailed analysis by patient subgroups, and operator dependence of the measurements are among the factors that should be considered when interpreting the study. Furthermore, the practical limitations of invasive methods and their impact on patient comfort should be considered. In this context, the importance of personalized optimization strategies in clinical practice is emphasized, and the need for future, larger sample-based, long-term studies is emphasized.}, number={3}, publisher={Eskişehir Şehir Hastanesi}
