AB  - Bu sunumda, çocuklarda tüberküloz enfeksiyonunun erken tanısı ve modern tedavi yaklaşımları ele alınmıştır. Dr. N. M. Fakaçelii, özellikle primer kompleksin tanınması, Pirquet ve Mantoux tüberkülin testlerinin pratik değeri, radyografik bulguların önemi ve tüberkülozun iyi huylu (benign) ile ağır seyreden (miliaire tüberküloz, menenjit tüberküloz) formlarını tartışmıştır. Vaka örnekleri ile primer enfeksiyonun klinik seyri açıklanmış, erken tanı için sistematik tüberkülin testi ve radyografi uygulamasının gerekliliği vurgulanmıştır. Streptomisinin menenjit tüberküloz ve miliaire tüberküloz tedavisindeki rolü, uygulama yolları (intramüsküler ve intratekal), doz ayarlamaları, tedavi süresi ve kombine ilaç kullanımı (sulfone, PAS) üzerinde durulmuştur. Erken tanı ve uzun süreli tedavi ile hastalık seyrinde iyileşmeler sağlanabileceği belirtilmiştir.

N2  - This presentation addresses the early diagnosis and modern treatment of tuberculosis in children. Dr. N. M. Fakaçelii focuses on recognizing the primary complex, the practical value of Pirquet and Mantoux tuberculin tests, the importance of radiographic findings, and differentiating between benign and severe forms (miliary tuberculosis, tuberculous meningitis). Case examples illustrate the clinical course of primary infection, highlighting the necessity of systematic tuberculin testing and radiography for early diagnosis. The role of streptomycin in treating tuberculous meningitis and miliary tuberculosis is discussed, including administration routes (intramuscular and intrathecal), dosage adjustments, treatment duration, and combined drug regimens (sulfone, PAS). It is emphasized that early diagnosis and prolonged treatment can improve clinical outcomes.
