The aim of this study, which seeks to identify the strongest and weakest aspects of Generation Z in the workplace, is aligned with this necessity. The research was designed using a qualitative approach, and semi-structured interviews were employed as the data collection tool. The participants consisted of individuals from Generation Z working in various sectors of the private industry in Turkey. The data obtained were analyzed through thematic analysis. The findings revealed that the strengths of Generation Z in the workplace are grouped under six main themes: work orientation, managerial competence, sense of duty, willpower, relational harmony, and cognitive aptitude. On the other hand, their weaknesses are classified under five main themes: low self-management, weak social interaction, emotional fragility, cognitive inadequacy, and difficulties in adapting to work processes. This study contributes to a better understanding of the behavioral patterns of Generation Z employees within organizations and offers insights for the development of strategic managerial approaches tailored to this generational group.
