AB  - Yalova Bahçecilik Araştırma Enstitüsü'nde on dört kuş üzümü ve iki bektaşi üzümü çeşidi üzerinde bir deneme yürütülmüştür. Aşağıdaki kuş üzümü çeşitlerinin üstün başarı gösterdiği bulunmuştur: Mendip Melez (siyah), Jonkheer Van Tets (Kırmızı), Graisin (kırmızı), Red Lake (kırmızı), Rose de Champagne (pembe), Cerise l. g. blanche (beyaz). Bektaşi üzümü çeşitleri ise verim ve kalite açısından orta düzeydedir.

N2  - An experiment was conducted on fourteen currant and two gooseberry cultivars at Yalova Horticultural Research Institute. The following currant cultivars were found to be outstanding; Mendip Cross (black), Jonkheer Van Tets (Red), Graisin (red), Red Lake (red), Rose de Champagne (rose), Cerise l. g. blanche (white). Gooseberry cultivars were fair in productivity and quality.
