AB  - Bu makale İsrail Devleti’nin siyasal rejimini ve uygulamalarını siyaset biliminde yeni bir kavram olan etnosiyonizm ve yayılmacı milliyetçilik açısından incelemektedir. Siyaset bilimi literatüründe genellikle liberal demokrasi örneği bağlamında incelenen İsrail siyasal rejimi, bu çalışmada etnik, köktenci ve ırk özelliklerine dayalı kimlik ve Siyonist fikir akımı çerçevesinde ele alınmaktadır. Makalede yayılmacı İsrail milliyetçiliğinin yalnızca toprak egemenliğine dair bir fikir olduğu değil aynı zamanda Siyonist akımla bütünleşmiş etnik bağlamlı bir ideolojik formasyon olduğu savunulmaktadır. Bu bağlamda Yahudi etnisitesinin  ortak ırksal, zümresel, dinsel, dilsel ve kültürel kimliği açısından Arap/Filistinli nüfusa dair ikincil ve dışlayıcı rejimi 1950 yılında hazırlanan Geri Dönüş Yasası sonrasından itibaren analiz edilmektedir. Çalışma İsrail rejiminin demokratik söylemi ve etnik tahakkümü arasındaki gerilimli ilişkiyi ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Etnosiyonizm kavramı literatürde daha önce başka çalışmalarda kullanılmamış olup, çalışma Etnosiyonizm kavramını derinleştirir ve İsrail bağlamında yeniden yorumlar. Bu bağlamda kurumsal DNA’sına yerleşmiş bir ideolojik yönelim olarak ele alınan bu yeni kavram, “ulus-devlet mi ve etno-devlet mi?” sorusuna teorik bir uygulama sunmaktadır. Çalışmada tarihsel ve betimsel araştırma türü uygulanarak, belgeye dayalı analiz yapılacak olup bu yöntem doğrultusunda öncelikle etnisite, siyonizm kavramlarından kısaca bahsedildikten sonra İsrail siyasal rejimi ve rejimin uygulamaları üzerinden inceleme yapılacaktır. Bu inceleme 1950 yılı ve sonrasındaki hukuki metinler ve literatür üzerinden yapılmaktadır

N2  - This article analyses the political regime of Israel in terms of ethnonationalism and expansionist nationalism, a new concept in political science. The Israeli political regime, which is usually analysed in the political science literature in the context of liberal democracy, is examined in this study within the framework of identity and Zionist ideas based on ethnic, fundamentalist and racial characteristics. The article argues that expansionist Israeli nationalism is not only an idea of territorial sovereignty but also an ideological formation with an ethnic context integrated with the Zionist movement. In this context, the Jewish ethnicity's subordinate and exclusionary regime towards the Arab/Palestinian population in terms of its shared racial, caste, religious, linguistic and cultural identity is analysed from the 1950 Law of Return onwards. The study aims to reveal the tense relationship between the Israeli regime's democratic discourse and ethnic domination. The concept of ethnozionism has not been used in the literature before, and the study deepens and reinterprets the concept of ethnocide in the Israeli context. In this context, this new concept, which is treated as an ideological orientation embedded in its institutional DNA, offers a theoretical application to the question ‘nation-state or ethno-state?’. In this study, historical and descriptive research type will be applied and document-based analysis will be made. In line with this method, firstly, the concepts of ethnicity and Zionism will be briefly mentioned and then the Israeli political regime will be examined. This analysis is based on legal texts and literature from 1950 and onwards.
