AB  - Bu çalýþmanýn amacý Milli Eðitim Bakanlýðýnýn öðretmen atamalarýnda izlediðiyollar hakkýnda öðretmen adaylarýnýn görüþlerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu araþtýrmadaki veriler,nitel araþtýrma tekniklerinden yarý yapýlandýrýlmýþ görüþme tekniði kullanýlarak 2006-2007öðretim yýlý güz ve bahar döneminde toplanmýþtýr ve verilerin çözümlenmesinde içerik analizive sürekli karþýlaþtýrma teknikleri kullanýlmýþtýr. Bu araþtýrmanýn çalýþma evrenini Abant ÝzzetBaysal Üniversitesi Eðitim Fakültesi dördüncü sýnýf öðrencileri (n=133) oluþturmuþtur.Araþtýrma sonuçlarýnýn bazýlarý þunlardýr: Katýlýmcýlar kendi pedegojik formasyonlarýnýnteoride iyi ama uygulamada yeterli olmadýðýný düþünmektedirler. Sözleþmeli öðretmenuygulamalarýna sýcak bakmamaktadýrlar. KPSS sýnavýnýn kaldýrýlmasýný istemektedirler.Bulgular ýþýðýnda bazý öneriler sunulmuþtur

N2  - The aim of this study is to examine preservice teachers’ perceptions on teacherappointment procedures followed by the Ministry of National Education (MONE). Theworking population of this study were the fourth year students (n=133) attending theEducation Faculty of Abant Ýzzet Baysal University,. During the study the qualitative data werecollected through semi-structured interview technique in the spring semester of 2006-2007academic year, and for the analysis of the data, content- analysis and continous comparisontechniques were used. Some of the findings of the study were as follows : The participantsbelieved that their teacher training courses were sufficiant in theory but insufficiant in practice;they were against contract teacher applications and they wanted the Selection Examination forProfessional Posts in Public Organizations to abolished. In the light of these findings, certainsuggestions were recomended.
