Study group consisted of 1024 social studies teacher candidates were enrolled st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th graders at Social Studies Education Departments in Adıyaman Universty, Atatürk Universty, Akdeniz University, Niğde Universty, Uşak Universty and Yıldız Teknik Universty in 2013-2014 academic year. The “Personal Information Form” been developed by the researchers used as data collection tools and “Self-efficacy Belief Scale in Relation to Specific Field Competences of Social Studies Teacher” been developed by Uslu (2014) used with descriptive survey method. Research data were analyzed with IBM SPSS 21.0 program. The independent samples t-test and one way ANOVA were used for analyzing the datum. This study showed that there were not differanteated Social Studies Teachers’ cantidates self-efficacy beliefs levels with regarding to their sexes, high school types graduated from, academic background of mothers, academic backgraound of fathers, fathers’ professions and total incomes of a month statue of families.
