AB  - ABSTRACT Artificial intelligence has increasingly become an integral component of modern business management, influencing how organizations plan, decide, and operate across core functions. As AI-based tools and data-driven approaches gain wider adoption in areas such as human resources, finance, accounting, and strategic management, the academic literature addressing this transformation has grown rapidly. This study examines the development of research on artificial intelligence applications in business management functions through a bibliometric perspective covering the period 2006–2025. Rather than focusing on individual empirical findings, the analysis provides an overall picture of how the field has evolved in terms of publication patterns, collaboration structures, and thematic orientation. The results highlight the multidisciplinary nature of the literature and show that AI-related business research has expanded beyond technical discussions toward broader managerial and organizational contexts. By outlining the general structure and direction of this body of knowledge, the study offers a useful reference point for researchers seeking to position future work within the evolving landscape of AI-driven business management research.

N2  - Yapay zekâ, modern işletme yönetiminin giderek ayrılmaz bir bileşeni hâline gelmiş; örgütlerin temel işlevler kapsamında planlama, karar alma ve operasyon süreçlerini nasıl yürüttüklerini önemli ölçüde etkilemiştir. İnsan kaynakları, finans, muhasebe ve stratejik yönetim gibi alanlarda yapay zekâ tabanlı araçların ve veri odaklı yaklaşımların yaygınlaşmasıyla birlikte, bu dönüşümü ele alan akademik literatür de hızla büyümüştür. Bu çalışma, 2006–2025 dönemini kapsayacak şekilde, işletme yönetimi işlevlerinde yapay zekâ uygulamalarına yönelik araştırmaların gelişimini bibliyometrik bir bakış açısıyla incelemektedir. Tek tek ampirik bulgulara odaklanmak yerine, analiz; yayın eğilimleri, iş birliği yapıları ve tematik yönelimler açısından alanın zaman içinde nasıl evrildiğine dair bütüncül bir tablo sunmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular, literatürün çok disiplinli yapısını ortaya koymakta ve yapay zekâ odaklı işletme araştırmalarının teknik tartışmaların ötesine geçerek daha geniş yönetsel ve örgütsel bağlamlara doğru genişlediğini göstermektedir. Bu bilgi birikiminin genel yapısını ve yönünü ortaya koyarak, çalışma; yapay zekâ destekli işletme yönetimi araştırmalarının gelişen literatürü içinde gelecekte yapılacak çalışmaları konumlandırmak isteyen araştırmacılar için yararlı bir referans noktası sunmaktadır.
