Our purpose is to define how these technice can be engaged in diagnosis of these disorders. We retrospectively analyzed 63 cases who admitted between 1988-1989 because of shoulder disorders excluding fractures and dislocations of be the shoulder. These cases. following systematic and physical examination were evaluated using radiologic, arthrographic, ultrasonographic. computerised tomographic and arthroscopic technics for definitive diagnosis. In 13 cases cuff with rotator disease endorsement of clinical findings by arthrographic and ultrasonographic findings helped us reaching the diagnosis. In diagnosis of impingment syndrome dynamic utilization of ultrasonography can be useful. Clasification of primary disorders of the shoulder joint following shoulder dislocation or insatbility besides secondary disorders developing due to these disorders outlines the strategy of the surgical procedure. Because of this, these diagnostic technics were utilized until we reached the diagnosis in our cases. Among them arthroscopy and camputerised tomography were the most rewarding. For other disorders diagnostic technics stated above were as clinical findings necessitated.}, number={5}, publisher={Turkish Association of Orthopaedics and Traumatology}
