AB  - During 1980 s; many methods and results have been declared about the therapy of knee joint instabi due to ACL rupture. We have reached a stability ratio of 93% by our reconstruction. We have been able to follow up 30 of our 32 patients and have taken the following subjects into consideration. A. Pain, b. hydrarthrosis, c. ability of movement, d. instability, e. muscular atrophy. Arthroscopic examir. tions have been performed after 10-20 revascularisation has been seen in 9 patients. We belive that the SL cess of the results of our technique lies in the excellent revascularisation of the grafts.
N2  - 1980'li yıllarda ACL rüptüründe oluşan instabilitenin tedavisi ile ilgili değişik metod ve sonuçlar bildirilmiş. Biz semitendinosus tendonu kullanarak yaptığımız rekonstrüksiyonlarda % 93'Iük bir stabilite elde ettik, 32 gudan 30'unun takibi yapıldı ve şu bulgulara önem verildi. A. Ağrı, b. hidrartroz, c. hareket yeteneği, d. instalite müsküler atrofi. Ameliyattan 10-20 ay sonra artroskopiler yapıldı ve greftlerde revaskülarizasyon izle (9 olguda). Bu teknik ile iyi sonuç almamızda kullandığımız greftlerde çok iyi revaskülarizasyon oluşmasında rol oynadığına inanıyoruz.
