One of them was treated with CSTR due to bilateral PEV. As the deformity returned completly, we reevaluated the patient and found out that the talocalcaneonaviculer joint was not luxated and the talocalcaneal index was within normallimits preoperatively. As a result, we believe that surgical procedures like CSTR are too complicated for these patients and the aim of therapy should be a plantygrade gate provided by achiloplasty and posterior capsulotomy which correct equinism and adductus deformities.}, number={4}, publisher={Turkish Association of Orthopaedics and Traumatology}
