N2 - This study was conducted to determine nurses' priorities regarding Evidence-Based Practice Leadership (EBPL) and their attitudes toward Evidence-Based Nursing (EBPL). The study aimed to evaluate nurses' leadership priorities and attitudes toward EBPL using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The study sample consisted of 15 nurses working in a public hospital in the Marmara Region. The AHP method was used to analyze nurses' priorities regarding evidence-based practice leadership and their attitudes toward evidence-based nursing. Data were collected using a sociodemographic survey, the Evidence-Based Practice Leadership Scale, and the Attitudes Toward Evidence-Based Nursing Scale, and analyzed using the Super Decision program. In terms of Evidence-Based Practice Leadership: The most important leadership criterion (46%) was identified as "supportive leadership." This was followed by "knowledgeable leadership" (26%), "decisive leadership" (20%), and the least important "preventive leadership" (7%). In terms of Attitudes Towards Evidence-Based Nursing: The most important criterion was determined to be "intention" (61%), followed by "emotions" (26%) and "belief" (11%). Supportive and informed leadership stand out as the most critical elements in nurses' leadership of evidence-based practice. Furthermore, despite nurses' willingness to adopt evidence-based practices, they face obstacles such as lack of access to information and time constraints. Nurse managers should be encouraged to participate in training programs that will enhance their supportive and informed leadership skills. This study provides important findings regarding nurses' adoption of evidence-based nursing practices and the development of their leadership roles. CR - Aiken, L. H., Cimiotti, J. P., Sloane, D.
