The average age of the patients were 39 (between 18-75) years. Of them 15 were male and 12 were female. Our mean follow-up time was 14 months (between 4-36 months). 2 of our patients were treated by Magnuson technique, 8 patients with standard AO tension band wiring anterior to the patella and other 17 patients were treated by modified tension band wiring techniques. The results were evaluated clinically and radiologically. According to Levack et all s criteria, the results were good in 15, fair in 8 and poor in 4 patients.
