AB  - Since 1900, more than 30 different open techniques with 9 different approaches have been described for the fusion of the tibio-talar joint. it was reported around 60% complication rates, 20% nonunion and 5-25% infection rates with these techniques. In the recent years the popularity of arthroscopic tibio-talar arthrodesis combined with the open technique described by Morgan et al is increasing. We applied tibio-talar arthrodesis to a patient with posttraumatic osteoarthritis on behalf of these developments in our clinic.
N2  - Tibio-talar eklemin artrodezi için 1900'lerden bugüne değin 9 değişik açık yaklaşımla 30'dan fazla cerrahi teknik tarif edilmiştir. Ancak tüm bu tekniklerle beraber %60'ları bulan komplikasyon oranları ve ortalama olarak %20 oranında kaynamama, %5 ile 25 arasında değişen enfeksiyon oranları bildirilmektedir, ancak son yıllarda Morgan ve arkadaşlarının geliştirdiği açık teknik ile birleştirilen artroskopik tibio-talar artrodez giderek popülarite kazanmaktadır (4). Bundan yola çıkılarak travma sonrası tibio-talar osteoartroz gelişen bir vakaya kliniğimizde artroskopik tibio-talar artrodez uygulandı
