The suture tecnigues used were as follows, 44 epineural, 11 epiperineural, 23 fascicular, 27 nerve graft and 10 tendon transfer tecniques. 5 cases had second operations. Functional evaluations of the patients included EMG studies,jamar dynamometer and pinchmeter measurements, muscle and Semmes Weinstein monofilament sensory evaluations. The results showed that distal, clean cut injuries which were treated with early primary intervention and fascicular repair had a better chance of motor and sensory recovery provided they had intensive rehabilitation program.}, number={1}, publisher={Turkish Association of Orthopaedics and Traumatology}
