Patients have multiple exostosis in various distribution. Three of them had forearm deformities characterised by ulaar shortening and bowing of radius with multiple exostoses. We performed excision of exostosis in all patients. In one case, we also performed ulnar lengthening and epiphysiodesis by radial hemiepiphyseal stapling, due to ulrar shorthening and increased radial anticular angle. The characteristic pathologic lesions and treatment modalities were assessed according to published papers and our expenences.}, number={2}, publisher={Turkish Association of Orthopaedics and Traumatology}
