AB  - Metatarsophalangeal (MP) joint arthroscopy is a recent surgical procedure. A twenty-one-year old male amateur footballer presented with a traumatic chondral lesion of the first metatarsal head, fragmentation, and complaints of chronic MP  joint pain induced by focal synovitis. He was treated with arthroscopic surgery. Follow-up examination performed 11 months later showed both complete relief of pain and joint swelling.  Full range of movement was achieved.
N2  - Metatarsofalangeal eklem artroskopisi yeni gelişen bir cerrahi yöntemdir. Yirmi bir yaşında amatör futbolcu erkek hastanın, metatars başında travmatik kondral lezyon, fragmantasyon ve fokal sinovite bağlı kronik metatarsofalangeal eklem ağrısı artroskopik yöntemle tedavi edildi. Ameliyattan 11 ay sonraki kontrolde hastanın ağrılarının tamamen geçtiği ve eklemdeki şişliğin kaybolduğu görüldü. Hareket açıklığı tamdı.
