AB  - Hastanelerde sunulan tıbbi hizmetlerin daha etkili ve verimli sunulması için maliyetlerin tespiti ve kontrolünde maliyet analizinin önemli bir rolü bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Ankara’da kamuya ait bir üniversite hastanesinin 2012 yılı verilerine göre radyoloji birimi grafi ve us-doppler ünitelerinin birim maliyetleri hesaplanmış olup, Sağlık Uygulama Tebliği fiyatlarıyla karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, grafi ve us-doppler ünitelerindeki tüm işlemlerin fiili birim maliyetlerinin Sağlık Uygulama Tebliği fiyatlarından yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu nedenle, hastanenin maliyet sistemi kurarak maliyet kontrolünü sağlamasının ve birim maliyetleri azaltmaya yönelik önlemler almasının faydalı olacağı düşünülmektedir.

N2  - Cost analysis has an important role in cost detection and control in order to deliver healthcare services in a more efficient and effective manner. In this study, radiology department graphy and usdoppler units costs of a public university hospital located in Ankara were calculated based on the data collected for 2012 and compared with the prices stated in the Declaration of Healthcare Implementation. As a result of the study it was found that actual unit costs of all transactions in graphy and us-doppler units are higher than prices stated in the Declaration of Healthcare Implementation. Thus, we believe that it would be beneficial for the hospital to take measures in order to reduce unit costs and to implement cost controls establishing a cost management system.
