AB  - Tüm adli olaylarda olduğu gibi ölümle sonuçlanan adli olgularda da olay yeri inceleme ekibinin çalışmaları, görgü ve kimlik tanıklarının beyanları önem arzetmektedir. Bu çalışmada sunulan olgu; 54 yaşında erkek olup, köye 300 metre mesafede ölü olarak bulunmuştur. Olay yeri inceleme ekipleri; olay yerinde demir direk bulunduğunu ve şahsın eşekten düşerken kafasını demir direğe çarpmış olabileceğini ifade etti. Bu olgunun baş bölgesinde üç adet yara olduğu görüldü. Yaranın özellikleri olayın hikâyesi ile uyumlu olmadığından kafa grafisi çektirildi. Grafide kafa kemiklerinde kırık ve bir adet 0,6x0,8 cm metalik dansite veren yabancı cisim (saçma tanesi) tespit edilmesi üzerine olayın ateşli silah yaralanması olduğuna karar verildi. Düşme hikayesi ile getirilen bu ateşli silah yaralanması olgusu; radyolojik görüntüleme, ayrıntılı adli ölü muayenesi ve olay yeri incelemenin önemine vurgu yapmak amacıyla sunulmuştur.

N2  - As in all criminal cases which result with death, statements of crime scene investigation team work, manners, and identity witnesses are important. This study presented that a case those 54 years old a male was found 300 meters far from the village. Crime scene investigation team determined that there was an iron pole in the crime scene and when his dropped down, he might hit the pole. There were three wounds on his head. An cranial X-Ray was taken since the wounds were not compatible with falling story. Upon skull bones fracture and metallic foreign body ( a pellet: 0,6x0,8 cm) in X-Ray was determined, the event was judged to be gunshot wound. This case with gunshot wound was bought with a history of falls; radiological imaging, detailed forensic crime scene investigation and postmortem examination was presented in order to emphasize the importance of
