AB  - Bu çalışmada öncelikli olarak Öğrenme Yönetimi Sistemi kavramının ne olduğu üzerinde durulmaktadır. Sonrasinda bir öğrenmeyönetimi sisteminin analizinde ele alinacak basamaklardan söz edilmiştir. Son olarak da örnek bir öğrenme yönetimi sistemi ele alınmış ve sözkonusu bir sistemde bulunması gereken temel özellikler ve bunların kullanabilirliği gibi açılardan incelenmiştir.

N2  - In this study, the researcher firstly defines what a Learning Management System is. Later, the researcher talks about the main steps to be followed in the evaluation of a Learning Management System. Finally, a sample model system has been analyzed from the given aspects. In this analysis, the researcher has focused on the general principles that a learning management system should consist of.
