AB  - Bu çalışmada; arazi geliştirme çabalarında fizibilite esasları adım adım ele alınarak, pratik bir çözüm önerisi ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Fizibilite adımlarında arazi koşulları, bölgenin demografik yapısı, projenin hedef kitlesi ve genel konsepti, proje maliyet bilgileri ve proje satış senaryonun hazırlanması gibi hususlar incelenmiştir.  Çalışma sonucunda, fizibilitenin sadece maliyetten ibaret olmadığına değinilmiş ve arsa inceleme sürecinden pazar araştırmalarına, hedeflerin belirlenmesinden raporların elde edilmesine kadar geçen süreçte yapılması gerekenler sistematik bir metot olarak ortaya koyulmuştur.

N2  - In this study, principles of investment studies for land development are handled step by step to develop a practical solution proposal. As steps of feasibility study, subjects like land conditions, demographic situation of the region, target audience, project cost estimation and preparation of sale scenario are examined.  As a result of study, it is emphasized that feasibility study does not mean just cost estimation and a systematic method is proposed for the all feasibility study that includes sub-processes like inspection of land, market research, setting of investment goals, preparation of final analysis reports etc.
