AB  - Bu çalışmada, Edremit Hükümet Konağı`nın mimari özellikleri restorasyon ve röleve teknikleri açısından incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda söz konusu hükümet konağının tarihi, sosyo-kültürel yapı ile etkileşimi, mekansal örgütlenme ve bina cephelerinin mevcut durumları restorasyon ve röleve çalışmaları ışığında incelenmiştir. Buna göre 19.yüzyıl mimari düşünce ve beğenisini yansıtan ender mimari örneklerden olan konağın mekan organizasyonu, yapım teknolojisi, siyasi erkin mimari düşünceye yansıması ve inşa edildiği dönemin mimari felsefesinin de gelecek kuşaklara aktarılmasının yararlı olacağı kanaatine varılmıştır.

N2  - This paper has analyzed the architectural features of Edremit State Mansion Building in terms of restoration and building survey techniques. In this context, the building`s interaction with historical and socio-cultural structure have been identified. Its spatial organization and the present state of its facades have been explored in the light of restoration and building survey studies. This remarkable building, which precisely reflect the 19th century opinion and aesthetic taste, bears spatial organization, construction techniques and the reflection of political vision of its times on the architectural philosophy. Correspondingly, because of the above-mentioned accounts, the architectural characteristics of the building should be passed onto next generations.
