AB  - Bu çalışmada inşaat teknikerliği eğitiminde mesleki, sosyal ve kültürel gelişim sağlanmasında seminer ve konferansların katkısı araştırılmıştır. Bunun için son iki öğretim yılında Ahi Evran Üniversitesi, Kaman MYO'nda gerçekleştirilen seminer, konferans, eğitim kursu, anma ve kutlama programları ve şiir dinletisinin öğrenciler tarafından hangi konularda ne kadar faydalı bulunduğu öğrencilere uygulanan bir anket yardımıyla incelenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre öğrencilerin kendilerini alanlarında geliştirmek için en çok internetten araştırma yaptıkları, ikinci olarak seminer ve konferanslara katılma aktivitelerinde bulundukları belirlenmiştir. Eğitim kurumlarının eğitim süreci içinde, konu ve sunum yapacak kişilerin titizlikle belirlendiği seminer ve konferansları gerçekleştirmelerinin ileride teknik eleman olacak öğrencilerin bütünsel gelişimine olumlu katkıları bulunacağı düşünülmektedir.

N2  - This study aims at investigating the contribution of seminars and conferences to maintaining the occupational, social and cultural development in the construction technicians' education. For this purpose, it was examined with a questionnaire to what extent and on which subjects the seminars, conferences, training programs, memorial and celebration programs, and poetry recitations carried out in Ahi Evran University, Kaman Vocational School of Higher Education in the last two years were found to be beneficial by the students. According to the research findings, it is found out that students mostly research on the internet. Majority of the students attend the seminars and conferences. It is thought that the educational institutions' organizing seminars and conferences the speakers and contents of which are chosen carefully will have a positive contribution to the total development of the students who will become technical personnel in the future.
