Changes in the lenght, width and the area of the conchae were determined with tomography measurements. There was a statistically significant difference between pre and post treatment values in both the xylomethazoline and indazoline groups (p <0.01). We found that treatments with both indanazoline and xylomethazoline do not affect the mucocilier function.
