AB  - SummaryIn this study we examined the cerebrospinal fluid of 50 patients who had cerebrovascular disease and 20 controls We found spektrophotometric findings compatible with blee¬ding in cerebrospinal fluid of all the patients who had hematom in their CT. In two patients of the control group spectrophotometry showed bleeding patterns which was attri¬buted to traumatic lumbar punctures.ÖzetBu çalışmada menengial irritasyon bulgusu olmayan 50 sereb¬rovasküler hasta ve 20 hastadan meydana gelen kontrol gru¬bunun BOS'ları spektrofotometrik olarak incelendi. Sonuçla¬rın bir kısmı BBT ile karşılaştırıldı. İnrakranial kanama¬sı olan hastaların BOS örneklerinin tümünde spektrofotomet¬rik  olarak  kanama  paterni  bulundu.   Kontrol   grubunda   ise 20 hastadan 18'inde normal bulgular, ikisinde ise oksihemoglobin paterni elde edildi. Bu bulguların travmatik lomber ponksiyon sonucu olduğu düşünüldü.
