AB  - Bu çalışmada “adabü'l-bahs ve'l-münazara” ilminin kurucusu ve ilk eser veren şahsiyetiolan Şemseddin Semerkandî'nin bu ilim hakkında yazmış olduğu risale hakkındaKemaleddîn Mes'ûd b. Hüseyin eş-Şirvanî tarafından kaleme alınan Şerhu dabi's-Semerkandî adlı eserin tanıtımı ve tenkitli metni sunulacaktır. Münazara ilminin enönemli şerhi olan bu eser, medreselerde dört asır ders kitabı olarak okutulmuştur.Tartışma metodolojisi hakkında olan bu eser, üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümdetanımlar, ikinci bölümde bahs ve münazara düzeni ve üçüncü bölümde ise tartışmaların enyaygın yaşandığı kelam, felsefe ve hilaf ilmiyle ilgili örnekler verilmektedir.

N2  - In this study, the “âdâb al-bahth wa al-munâzara” knowledge of the founder and the firstwork in which figures the shams al-din samarqandi this knowledge about who has writtenhis treatise about the Kemâl al-din Masud b. Husain al-Shirwani by written the SharhÂdâb al-Samarqandi and Orwell's presentation and critically edited will be offered. Thescientific explanation of the most important discussions of this work, a madrasa was readas a textbook in the four centuries. This discussion about the method works consists ofthree parts. The first part defines the second section and the third section of mention anddiscussion in order to experience the most common words of the debate, philosophy, andgives examples of contrary knowledge.
