AB  - Bu çalışmanın amacı, günümüzde rekabet ortamında karar verme  durumunda olan sistemlerin araştırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla verileri “Ankara  Büyükşehir Belediyesinden” temin edilen bir proje ele alınmıştır. Bu projede  “Ankara Büyükşehir Belediyesi “ ve ” Ankara Taksiciler Odası” yetkilileri  arasında Ankara’da nüfus artışına paralel olarak taksi sayısı artışı konusu  ele alınmış ve tarafların çeşitli stratejileri göz önünde tutularak her iki taraf  için en iyi stratejiler “Oyun Teorisi” Tekniğinden yararlanarak bulunmuştur.

N2  - The aim of this work is to study the decision making under competitive  environment systems. For this purpose a Project has been prepared using  the data obtained from the “Greater Municipality of Ankara”. In this Project  the subject of increase in taxi number parallel to population increase in  Ankara has been considered between the authorities of “Greater  Municipality of Ankara” and “Ankara Taxi Office” and among the  different strategies of both sides the most suitable stratejies were found  using the “Game Theory” technique.
