Materyal ve Method: 1997-2003 yıUarı arasında Zeynep Kamil Hastanesi Patoloji Bölümünde tanı almış 17 selüler leimyom ve 7 leiomyosarkom olgusu çalışma kapsamına alındı. Tümörleri temsil eden birer parafin blokda immunhisto kimyasal yöntemle östrojen ve progesteron reseptör boyanması incelendi. Bulgular: Leiomy'Osarkomların hiçbirinde progesteron resptörü için "overexpression"'(OE) izlenmedi. Onyedi adet selüler leibmyomun 13 ünde OE saptandı (LMS PR-OE x SM PR-OE, p KW - Leyomiyom KW - Leyomiyosarkom KW - Reseptörler KW - östrojen KW - Reseptörler KW - progesteron N2 - Objective:To evaluate estrogen(ER) and progesteron(PR) receptor expression in cellular leiomyomas and leiomyosarcomas Materials and Methods: The study includes 17 cases of cellular leiomyoma(CM) and 7 cases of leiomyosarcoma(LMS) which were diagnosed in Pathology Department of Zeynep Kamil Hoşpital between 1997 and 2003 years. One paraffin-embedded tümör tissue per each case were analyzed immunohistochemically for ER and PR ,receptors. Results: None of LMSs showed 'overexpression' for PR.
