For data analysis, descriptive statics, t-test, one way-ANOVA and Scheffe test were used.The findings show that teachers’ perception levels of organizational justice and of its all dimensions are high, but the level of teachers’ perceptions of interactional justice is the higher than the other subdimensions.}, number={3}, publisher={Kastamonu University}
