The study was designed as a case study where a questionnaire was distributed to all academics at the university. Mean scores and independent sample t-tests were used in the analysis. The findings suggest that in this developing university, general attitudes of the staff towards PKM strategies are positive. However, while strategies for effectively using and saving knowledge were widely used, strategies for obtaining new information and sharing it with colleagues were not so popular. Significant differences were found in all dimensions between the staff who had publications at national scientific meetings and those who hadn’t. CR - Barutçugil, İ. (2002).
