We have obtained some results with different excitation energies which effects the fragmentation yields for different reactions, using the Statistical Multifragmentation Model (SMM). For this purpose we have analyzed the charge and mass distributions of 124Sn and 124La on the basis of the Statistical Multifragmentation Model (SMM). In addition to these calculations, we have determined the values of temperature T and their relations to the liquid-gas phase transition at different excitation energies. Influence of the symmetry energy parameter gamma on charge distributions and mass distributions of produced fragments in different ranges the excitation energy Ex is investigated for the nuclei with different neutron-proton ratios. The symmetry energy parameters used in the calculations were 25 MeV, 14 MeV and 8 MeV. We observed that the symmetry energy of individual fragments does not essentially influence the charge distributions and mass distributions}, number={40}, publisher={Selcuk University}
