As the individual is exposed to more humantechnological interaction in each of these socializing processes, the benefits become evident: many more opportunities for socialization are available within each of the processes. Socialization tools such as social media, availability of data/information, and instantaneous connectivity, make these interactions much more accessible to wide age ranges with the potential to affect the structure of the socialization of an individual's virtual space, and to their personal connectivity to others. In this article anecdotal evidence and current data are used to show that although the benefits of the "socio-virtual" seem self-evident, there is at the same time growing doubt cast upon its efficacy and it is posed a question for educators, sociologists, and socio-linguists: to find if "socio-virtual" socialization opens possibilities for future developments in socialization or if it limits what has been face-to-face processes of socialization and individuation in sociology.
