Factors such as finding a job, the job where the sector, company type, work experience, level of educating, frequency of changing work, position of employees, are to associate with factors that employees' relational and transactional emotional expectations, employee optimism and pessimism, sense of confidence, motivation and the employer’s perception of liability. In this study, other factors except gender differences were significant differences in expectations.
