N2  - The Kyrgyz have transferred several quoted words from many languages from time totime while giving words to many languages as a result of commercial, geographical,political and cultural relationships through the historical period. In addition to this,several concepts and idioms have transferred into Kyrgyz language. All these transfersemerged as a result of the historical events that they experienced. Owing to the religious,commercial and agricultural relationships with other nations in relation to their nomadiclife, there has been a great flow of words from languages, for example; from Russian as it was once used as the formal language due to their pressure and the relationships, fromArabic, Persian, Chinese and Mongolian languages because of interactions.It is striking that these words or terms have been used sometimes in the way as they arespoken and written and sometimes by taking the rules of Turkish into consideration.Under this circumstance, it is observed that there have been phonetic and morphologicchanges in the words. In this study, we will try to detect the remarkable voice reductionsas a result of voice events in these words which were transferred into Kyrgyz from otherlanguages and the reasons of these changes and their usage types in Kyrgyz language.
