N2  - Transnational corporations (TNC), which is historically very old, holds an important place in the world economy and becoming extremely important , has gained on importance for both political scientisits and economists. In recent years transnational corporations have became comparablae with nation states in terms of their power could be seen. At the and of literature search on the power of transnational corporations and nation states, the writers gathers around two different views. The first view is that transnational corporations decrease the power of nation states and the other is view that transnational corporations do not decrease power of nation states. In our study we perform literture study which surveys the transnational corporations and nation states in terms of their power and the search of literatüre on the effects of transnational corporations on nation states power.The main purpose of this study is to put forwards the increase of economic power of transnational corporations. Fort his aim via company power transnational corporations and nation states for their economic power, power shift effect is tested.
