N2  - Being one of the people houses that were founded to inform the public about the reforms and carry the republic revolutions to public, Kayseri People House carried out many important activities in the years during 1932-1950. Especially in the term of Atatürk, between the years 1932-1938, Kayseri People House carried out many activities with rural trips that these activities attract the attention of both local and national press. In these rural trips, peasants were informed about the virtues of Republic and reforms of this term. Additionally, peasants and children who had health problem were treated without charge, Atatürk posters were distributed, and peasants got lectures and seminars about various subjects that were given by the members of People Houses. It will be said that with these rural trips, Kayseri People House primarily aimed government-nation union
