For this purpose, the dimensions of organizational commitment; "emotional attachment", "continuing commitment" and "normative commitment" and "job satisfaction" have been described separately. Then, in accordance with data, demographic variables are listed by the means of the relationship between the variables and dimensions. The study has some suggestions that may contribute to the literature about the generations.
